A theatre director of approximately 24 plays in England since 1989, Lisa has - in the last few years - written plays, musicals, translations and adaptations from French, and the Euro Media award-winning screenplay, The Journey Home.
Lisa continues to direct plays – three plays and one musical are in the works for 2019 and 2020. Her screenplay will be produced by True North (Iceland) together iHeart cinema and Sandstone Films in the UK. She is working with Parkville Pictures on the development of her project David - a three part TV series.
Lisa studied as young actor with Stella Adler and Uta Hagen in New York. She studied directing first at Brandeis University Theatre Arts department and at the Berliner Ensemble in East Berlin as a guest artist. Lisa is fluent in French and German and she is also an English barrister.
